This method is designed to edit client information associated with a payment card. It allows сhanging the client’s phone number, which is used to receive OTP codes for 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.
Changing the phone number ensures the proper functioning of the 3DS security mechanism, which is used to protect online payments. After a successful update, the new phone number will be used to send OTP codes for transaction verification.
